I bought one and as the years past the bag got full and very heavy, the product is durable and keeps all tent pegs, hammer and ropes in one place. Had a small tear on my ZIP. Met the supplier at a outdoor show. They fixed it and send it back to me at no cost. After the good customer service and the quility of the product I bought a second one. And its been over 5 years now no tears, and the ZIP is still 100%. I love the product!
