I found this product on one of those Australia youtube channels and I kept seeing on all the other ones too! I had to find out who sells it. It was a bit tough to get a response from them but they do have procedures for international customers which is good.
As far as the product itself it is superb, as expected and then some. I bought the 33" version but I still have 31" tires, they fit great and look like it was meant to be there but it hangs just a tad low so I would recommend pulling it more to the backside to raise the pouch a bit, so I think overall go for 33".
I tried it out today I put a trash bag in the bigger zipper and it fits the black trash bag well, using it was a breeze especially in windy areas you really don't even have to worry about your trash flying. One the best buying decisions I've made, great price as well.
